Villa Jawara also has an amazing rectangular private 9 meter swimming pool that extends along the sun deck and lawn, fringed by three stylish air-conditioned Ensuite Bedrooms with outdoor verandas.

OVERVIEW
The moment you lay eyes on Villa Jawara for the first time is etched in your memory forever. Wooden doors open to unveil your exclusive oasis for the upcoming days and nights. The paradisiacal 300 square-meter property is landscaped with various palms, Frangipani trees, tall grasses, tricolor Croton and Gardenia bushes, accented by floral stone wall reliefs, enormous ornamental vases and garden lights.

By complementing the property’s modern architecture and tropical climate with palatial Indonesian furnishings and hints of sea blue hues throughout, a magical Bali villa aesthetic comes across effortlessly here. 

LAYOUT
The sun-drenched lawn and picturesque 9-meter swimming pool at the center of the property draw everyone out for lounging and swimming. Along the length of the pool among fragrant Frangipani trees there are spouting fountains, shade umbrellas, hanging lamps and four double-wide cushioned sunbeds for relaxing by the poolside. Little kids love to play on the smooth Bengkirai wood decking and in the shallow water on the pool steps.

The romantic Master Bedroom has an exotic silhouette and stately position at the foot of the pool opposite the main pavilion and there are two additional en-suite Bedrooms across the lawn for children or other guests.

The private and spacious standalone 5.8 square-meter enclosed Master Bedroom, features a grand ensuite bathroom and a front veranda with outdoor seating. Furnishings include a beautiful King-size bed, end tables, a hand-carved daybed with plush cushions, an artisanal writer’s desk, wardrobe and framed art. The sizable ensuite is graced with natural light, plants, colorful hand-painted Tegal tiles, a rain shower, glittering terrazzo bathtub, and ceramic countertop with dual wash basins below a well-lit designer mirror.

Villa Jawara’s two additional guest bedrooms are accessed via side-by-side covered verandas on the lawn. Each of these nearly identical contemporary bedrooms is approximately 4 square meters in size and was furnished in 2021 with a top-quality Queen-sized bed, premium cotton linens, a daybed sofa, a wood writer’s desk, decorative textiles and paintings of Bali. The beautiful ceramic ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a vanity sink and large framed mirror, rain shower, terrazzo bathtub and small open ceiling features that allow natural light and fresh air to flow in. Robes, towels, hairdryers and toiletries are provided.

You’ll come together again in the air-conditioned Living and Dining Pavilion for socializing indoors and sharing meals. You are welcome to cook in the villa, order meals or dine out. There is a round marble dining table as well as a tall breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware, a stove, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee. The living area boasts a 50” LG Smart TV with cable channels and Bluetooth sound system, a deep-cushioned sofa, marble coffee tables and upholstered armchairs.

Where the main building and swimming pool intersect, there is an outdoor seating area with a large daybed and coffee tables as well. This shaded corner of the villa is the perfect place for adults to relax while keeping an eye on children playing in the pool or any of the other common areas.

Need more rooms? You can share the experience with more people by renting the adjacent three-bedroom villa as well. Designed with families in mind, the main pavilion at Villa Jawara literally opens up to Villa Inara, creating one big Bali villa with six bedrooms. From Pererenan down to Kuta, this whole stretch of Bali’s west coast is beloved by visitors for its many sandy beaches, high-end spas, designer boutiques, international restaurants and happening nightlife.
